Changes in VA02

Hi all,

I am facing a problem.

1. I am doing some changes in sales order through VA02, Saving them.

2. To check the log i am going to Environment--> Changes--> entering the Sales order number and executing it.But no details are appearing .

Can you please help me this issue

Hi

Not all fields are availables for the change document. It depends of the data element. For instance, for NAME1 go to SE11/data element/further characteristics and read the help for the flag 'change document'

If the flag is blank, if you change a field with the data element, it won't appear on CDPOS/CDHDR

What changes you have made in sale order? There are some fields or changes which system don't save in change log for example change in texts etc. Could you please share which field you have changed?

Dear Sudhir,

Can you please check as if database tables are getting updated or not?? Verify the same in CDPOS via SE11, give OBJECTCLASS = VERKBELEG & OBJECTID = Document Number, execute the same and confirm if its giving some value in VALUE_OLD and updating new values in VALUE_NEW. Feel free to ask in case you need more assistance. Rgds.
