Dear Sir,
I have a Solman Ticket Number and want to change the status of that Ticket but It is not editable even in change mode. For this case I have attached a Screen Shot.
Some tickets are also not convert into change mode and raise this type of error "Document is being distributed - changes are not possible."

Check if your user has access permissions to objects:

I am having SAP_ALL profile authorization.
Earlier it was working fine, it is with only 4 tickets all other tickets have no problem.
This problem arise because we have changed status profile, earlier we are using z profile now we are using standard profile SLFN001.
These 4 tickets showing status OPEN.

Hi, Ram.
Check CRMBS02 transaction code and just compare you old custom status profile with SAP's SLFN0001.
Also I recommend you not to use standard SAP status profile - you should copy it and use the copy (it will prevent you from problems during SAP changes delivered is Support Packages and SAP Notes).
