Users are facing issues posting quality usage decision transaction QA11. System performance of the transaction is very bad. Did anyone come across this issue ?

is there any option other than archiving database records to resolve this issue ?

Perhaps an outcome of intermittent connectivity; a basis indexing issue either!

Several notes and posts are available for addressing performance related issues. A good basis consultant can help better in this regard.

Apart from this, just check whether you are using any exit with custom logic in QA11, which is consuming much of  this time?
