Restricetd length of TextEdit binded to context Poheadertext TextLine ?

Hi

Is there some restriction on the number of characters that can be submitted to the BAPI_PO_CREATE1 Potextheader TextLine? I have binded my context node to a TextEdit box, but it will only display and submit partial data to SAP backend. It is proving to be EXTREMELY difficult just to enter some text for comments on a PO. I am new to SAP. Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi Stu,

Before sending data to R/3 system do a client side validation for length of characters in textedit and throw error message if exceeds the limit.
