Hi again,
I am unsure of one setting: why do I have to maintain the SUPER user group for FireFighter ID users on the target system(s)? What happens if I don't? I know a case of an environment where the user group is not maintained at all for FF ID users and everything works just fine...
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
EM
Dear Erik,
Are you using FF 10 or FF 5.3?
Thank you,
Fernando

Hi Erik,
Its not mandatory. It is only good pratice to define a usergroup for the firefighters, so that you can manage your users and group/identify them by usergroup, and also so that you can exclude them from the Batch risk analysis that updates the management reports. If you use the Decentralized firefighter model you will have to include the usergroup in the authorization object S_USER_GRP, required when you use the transaction /GRCPI/GRIA_EAM
