ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND error in ST22

Hello,

I am getting a dump during the creation of a shopping cart in SRM when I click on the search help for cost centre.

Dump: ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND.

Causes :The ITS service "bbpsc02" failed since not template could be found for the screen with the number 29 in the program "SAPMSYST". The template was searched in the following ITS services: "BBPSC01".

I checked if the user had profiles SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW. I also tried to run the report SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL, still having the same issue.

Can you please help ?

Hi,

If no templates are defined, using following way you can generate webdynpro,

1. Txn SICF
2. Find service 'bbpsc02'. (it may under path /default_host/sap/bc/gui/)
3. Change service.
4. Click on button Settings & change/enter parameter ~GENERATEDYNPRO & value =1.

do you have modifications? Messages type 'A'? SAP GUI Popups?
