Hi friends.
I need to print 6 copies. When user clicks on print button, it works fine.
But, when he clicks on print preview button, adobe forms shows the PDF document on the screen. When user clicks "print button" inside this PDF preview, adobe show only one copy and he is obligated to change to 6 mannualy.
Yes, i filled up the parameter wa_fp_outputparams-copies to 6, but it works only if printing directly.
I did the following steps from the posting in this link bellow. It was the same problem, but I need 6 copies to be printed directly. The user does not want to navigate to print each one. He wants to print 6 directly after preview page, without changing it manually from 1 to 6 all the times.

How to set to 6, the number of copies, even when user goes to preview befor printing document ?
thanks in advance.

Hi Glauco,
Try to do some changes in the Layout as shown below.
Layout--->Edit--->Form Properties--->PDF Print Options.

Hi Glauco,
Not sure, if we could set values for adobe. When a document is open in print preview. It opens in adobe reader and it populates it default values.

Hi Rakesh.
Basis team has answered that printer configuration is correct and he could print a lot of test prints.
So he told it could be a local configuration.
Strange because we have local printers configured and one of them is PDFCreator (it simulates a printer). And this "printer" PDFCreator, prints 6 copies correctly.
Othes printers print only one page.
I can not understand it. How to solve this issue ?
thanks in advance.
Glauco
