Deliver(ies) blocked for shipment XXXXXX

Hi,

when i run the program RV56TRSL to create shipment costs , few of the shipments show 'Deliver(ies) blocked for shipment XXXXX 'message. The error is becoz the  deliveries are locked. What is causing the deliveries to get locked and causing the error? please help

Please see below screen shot .In this  screen shot ,you can see One Field with Red Mark .This is causing that Problem .

hi Narendra,
Thanks  for the quick reply.
This program creates the Shipping cost document .Its a SAP Standrd Program .

But I am able to creage Shipping cost document manually using VI01 T code for the failed shipments.

So i dont think itz a problem with the Shipment Block reason Field. Any suggetions ?
