Hi Experts,
When i am trying to install or import BI CONT 3.53, i get the following error.
"<b>The Installation was stopped, since an error occurred during the phase XPRA_EXECUTION, which the Add-on Installation tool is unable to resolve without your input.
After you have corrected the cause of error, continue with the import by choosing Continue in the queue display.
The following Details help you to analyze the problem:
- Error in phase : XPRA_EXECUTION
- Reason for Error : TP_STEP_FAILURE
- Return Code : 0012
- Error Message : OCS Package SAPKIBIFIZ, tp step R, return code 0012</b>
Also when i see the detailed log, it tells the following message.
<b>Job Log Entries for RDDEXECL / 17084401
================================
ABAP/4 Processor : GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED.</b>
Please suggest me, what is the cause of error and how to rectify it and proceed with further installation.
Thanks in Advance.
Vijay G

What version of SPAM do you use to import? Did you patch up R3trans and tp?

You need to download the patches for your operating system and database from
http://service.sap.com/patches

it's advised to use the latest SPAM/SAINT update (it should be 22).
and yes - you can use that note to download R3trans.CAR and tp.CAR (the highest number) for your platform (not the full kernel).
To find out your current patchlevels go to your operating system and execute
R3trans -v
tp -v
See there the "patchlevel" field.
