Error Code ASSERTION_FAILED

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue in GRC 10, While clicking on sub-process tab i.e., MasterData --> Organizations --> Organization Hierarchy  --> then open the organization available  -->  then goto subprocess  -->  select the Mitigating control for Risk P004  --> then finally if we click on Open  -->

• The ASSERT condition was violated.

Kindly let me know how to over come from this Assert Condition error.

The issue happens because there are two records for the same object ID in the table HRP5354.

If a user select a fixed date and add the subprocess to an organization and later select another fix date and repeat the steps, it will add two records in the above table.

Resolution

The correct procedure is to add the subprocess to an organization based on the timeframe that the user needs for that specific object id.

In order to fix the issue, delete the duplicated records from HRP5354 and add it again for the right timeframe.
