Error DPR_COLLABORATION002

HI All,

While opening a document via portal, I am facing error as DPR_COLLABORATION002.

Kindly let me know if you have faced the same error and what is the reason for this error.

Thanks for your reply.

I am not able to insert image for your reference. But you can read the details of the error message in SAP system. Go to SE91 --> DPR_COLLABORATION002 --> 002.

Error during remote function call of cFolders system &1 (see long text)

This is the error your getting else can you share your error description or screenshot.

HI Rabi,

Exactly. This is the error which we are facing.

"Error in Remote Function Call System cFolders this system".

Diagnosis

A communication or system error occurred when calling the cFolder system .

Action: Read collaboration

System Response

The system terminates processing.

You can read the error message issued by the target system in the next line of the log.

Procedure

Contact your system administrator.

Check the Transparent table

Transp. Table      CFX_CFOLDERS     Active

Short Description  Customizing Connection

Please let me know if you have any entry in the table with the RFCDestination.

HI Rabi,

There are no settings in this table.

I located the customization for this table, which is:

Integration with Other SAP Components --> Collaboration Folders --> Specify cFolders System Data.

This table is comletely empty in ECC. There is no such table in Portal backend.

Also, these settings are not there since long and we never faced this issue. The cFolder system is stable.
