Hi,
Please run the report RSALERTTEST in SM 38 and see whether alert configurations is working fine or not.
once you run the report, email will be triggered to recipients and alert inbox. If you didn't get the alert there is some problem in the alert configuration.
check your settings one more time.
You can also check the alert framework log from SLG1 by selecting Alert. it will display the alert logs.
