Question on search based on Auth values

Hi,

I have question on standard search. I used Transaction S_BCE_68001423 in 4.7 system. I wanted to search S_PROGRAM with Field P_GROUP value"Z_TR001". But it returns Roles with P_GROUP value * (asterisk) also. How to get only Roles having value "Z_TR001"?

Hi Sam,

Instead of Z_TR001 give input as #Z_TR001 and try. This should work. Please award points for useful answers.

Hi Sam,

Sorry the # thing wont work.

Do one thing. Go to table AGR_1252 in SE16.

Then in field for Object give S_PROGRAM, in field "FIELD"give P_GROUP and in Value field give Z_TR001. The output will give you the roles only having the value Z_TR001.

Hi Sam,

Please try the AGR_1251 solution. It will work for sure.

As far as the # solution is concerned there is some kind of workaround in this transaction which i used a long time back but sorry I dont rememeber it. So you need to try our agr_1251 thing.
