Hi Experts,
We have send email option in SRM Contracts, Which is using Smart form: BBP_CTR_BGR_PROCESSING. In this smart form Email text is fetching data from form interface: BBP_PDS_CTR_HEADER_D, We want to add fields Purchase group and Payment terms description in form interface. I Have appended purchase group and descriptions from Table: BBP_PDORG and BBP_PDIGP, but not getting while sending email. Please guide me how to add these fileds and how data will flow from contract to email.

Hello,
purchasing group and payment terms are not stored at contract header level.
First is at organisational data level and the second one at item level.
To get those informations, make a copy of standard smartform in order to modify it then use BBP_PD_CTR_GETDETAIL function module.
