Hello Guys,
I am facing the below error - "could not be found in the Integration Server Java Cache. Check if the channel exists in the Integration Builder Directory and execute a refresh of the Java Cache."
I have done all the cache refresh activities and my chanel does not have * as a party.
Can you please help me?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Rahul Kulkarni

Hi,
Just try to refresh the cache for each and every object in the Configuration scenario and see whether all the objects are updated, this may solve your problem it was purely cache problem only.
Thanks & Regards

Hello All,
I have checked for the * and no issues with the party.
I am already having the scenario for the other region and this working fine.
My scenario is copy of this working interface and the above interface is working fine but my scenario is giving the error.

Hi Rahul,
I think you are using RFC Lookup through this channel. Please check the Communication Channel which is mentioned in the Interface Determination (Parameterized Mapping) is having right credentials (Like pointing to the correct SAP environment). Is this newly transported to any new PI environment?

Hi Rahul,
Try creating the channel with a different name. Delete the old one.
Are other adapters polling ?

Hi Rahul,
Generally the cache errors are caused due to inconsistences in SLD. The error provided by you is handled in SAP Note:
Note 1334053 - No automatic PI 7.10 SLD Registration
In parallel, I would recommend you also SAP Note:
Note 764176 - Manual correction of XI content in SLD
With the document:

Hope this helps.

Hugo

Hi Rahul,
Are you trying to do an RFC lookup?.
Pay attention that the communication channel has not a star in the party. Check the configuration from the integration directory.

Hi Rahul,
Error is from IE (sxi_monitor) or channel monitoring ?
Thanks
Hari.
