Unidentified characters in spool display

Hi Experts,

When I'm choosing list display in the spool, I'm getting the output with unidentified characters (expecting in English) whereas my peers could see the same.  Similarly when they see unidentified characters, I could see it in English.  Is there any GUI setting required for this?

Any pointers on this issue will be appreciated.  Attaching the screenshot here.
