SSL error when accessing solman service desk portal

Hello colleagues,

Good day!

Our client cannot access the solution manager portal for helpdesk. They have an SSL connection error in web browser and they cannot login the portal. I have checked the certificates configured in the client's browser but they are still working. Any help on the issue pls?

Hi,

From the screenshot, looks like you are also using a proxy from the customer side to access the SolMan. Could you check if this proxy is mapping to the correct backend and the https port?

Further if the https port and services are active on the backend server.
