IDoc errors in SXMB_MONI (HTTP server code 500 reason Internal Server)

Hi Team,

We are trying to send IDocs from ERP_Backend to our PI DEV system all messages are ended with error message "HTTP server code 500 reason Internal Server"

ERP--->PI-->3rd system -->client SAP

NOTE: 1.RFC-H type which is related to communication getting fail with Forbidden -403

Communication based on certificates-SSL

Hi Sankar,

Please check your rfc destination in ECC with the below screen shot , i think there is a problem with logon procedure and SSL.

Also check the Tcode SICF in ECC.

Hi Sankar,

On the receiving side are you trying to post the idoc over http - have you checked if the service is active. You can refer to the link below - Steps 2,3,4 for validating the URL needed and if setup is fine in the receiver ECC system.

The error Forbidden -403 looks like it is an authorization error received on trying to post. Could you check if it is an authorization issue.

RF destination type 3 will be used.

For Idoc communication , you have to create RFC destination of type 3.
