Incident Management Workcenter Enhacements

Hi,

When we launch Incident Management workcenter, we see by default Proble and Incidents under "Messages" box. How to do if I want to add Service Request also to this box?  If SAP is categorizing Service Request under Incident management in CRM_UI, then it should also be part of Incident management workcenter.

hi

have you checked the role SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_INCIDENT and inside the role. the auth object SM_WC_VIEW.

Here you can control the view messages, and add as many as subview from the list.

Please check.

I browsed the SM_WC_VIEW and surprisingly I find all the Txn Types except SMRQ/ZMRQ in the VIEW list ...  why is this so?
