Change/Replace Approver by Requester

HI ,

In Process Controlled Workflow SRM7.0.

I want to know if the requester can change or replace the default approver in a Shopping cart approval workflow.

If so, Please can someone let me know how to achieve this scenario.

Hello,

approvers automatically determined at process level by PCW cannot be modified: this is standard design.

Hi,

Yes, what's Laurent said is true. In PCW the approvers triggered by the resolvers cannot be changed. Only the adhoc approvers can be change by the requestor while the cart is not yet ordered.
