User Details do not get auto populated for Access Request in GRC 10

Hello Experts,

I have configured the AR workflow for EAM Provisioning. And its all working fine.

But the issue i'm having is, everytime i submit a request, i select the User ID for which the Firefighter ID has to be assigned, and when i submit the request the below errors occur.

Enter the Value for Email

Enter the Value for First Name

Enter the Value for Last Name

Ideally, these details should be populated automatically when i select the user ID.

Please share your thoughts.

Dear Jaravuy,

you have to maintain the user details data source in IMG first and then these fields should be filled automatically.

IMG > GRC > Access Control > Maintain Data Source Configuration

There you can choose between HR, SU01, LDAP, etc.

I have done the same settings as mentioned by you however, it is still not working.

Could you please let me know what else can be checked so that these gets gets auto-populated.
