Hi Abbas

Kindly refer the SAP Note 965908 - SQL Server Database Mirroring and SAP Applications and Steps

   1.  User id not correct in both side (Principle and Mirror side)

   2. DB restore you have restore the DB, Latest Transaction log & Master DB on Principle side to Mirror side. (DB & Transaction log should be No Recovery mode)

   3. After restore the DB in Mirror side check the server names. Refer the SAP Note 965908

   4. is this any ports are getting conflate? refer the link http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/sqlserver/en-US/0d9a3c77-3cd3-4d36-89c9-d0e197abe956/problem...

Hello,

Is the Mirror Server database restored with NO RECOVERY option?

Are you able to restore the principal latest log backup in the mirror server?

Can you can telnet the port like “telnet test 9999″?

Is the firewall turned off?

Check if you are able to ping the servers (from both ends.) and if you are able to ping it then it might be that the port is not opened at the firewall. If that's the issue then you will need to go to Local Security policy and enable the ports to receive TCP protocol messages. See below from windows 2008 r2.
