Quoatation output type not Working properly

Hi Experts,

I have created output type for quote with medium ' external send'. and communication strategy CS01. Output type is processing successfully. when we check transaction SOST, our email requests are not available. When I process multiple times same output, at the time I can able see all requests in SOST.

Problem is When we process single time output type, we cannot see email request

Kindly suggest on this

check the disptach time. If its "3" then it will not be available in SOST until the scheduled job process it.

If its "4" then most probably it must be a timing issue. So give it a few mins to appear in SOST.

Thank you for your reply, But in our case when we process output type more then 3 to 4 times then only requiests are moving to SOST. If I process on time, we cant see that in SOST. For Dispatch time when our requiests moved to SOST, then only dispatch time come into picture

a couple of things to consider:

1. check the processing times of the output types - whether all the 3 or 4 retriggered output types have the same processing time. you can see that in the further data.
2. check is there any error in the "Processing logs"?

mostly the above two things should give you a fair idea.
