Team Determination using BRFPlus

Hello,

We have configured ITSM and have used BRFPlus for team determination.

The Team is being determined correctly and under message processor i can see the support team member as well.

But when i try to assign support team member the screen just shows executing circle once and then nothing happens i.e the message processor field remains blank.

I remember that earlier it used to ask if you want assign yourself as a message processor but its not happening now.

Did you try SAP Notes ?

1819615 - Relationship between support team and processor incorrect

1820918 - Supp. Team Determination via BRF+: partner values not passed

1728284 - ITSM: Partner Functions for the WebClient UI

Note no 1728284 was obsolete.After applying latest it worked.
