Dear All,

Request your help to understand the standard system behaviour with respect to the below requirements

When the supplier submits the registration form, he should get a reference number.My understanding is that the system does not provide any reference number.Pls correct me.

The supplier should be able to query on the reference number that he received after submitting the registration form in order to know the status of the registration.My understanding is that the supplier has to contact the vendor developemnt cell in order to know the status and this process is not supported in standard SAP.Pls correct me.

When transferring a supplier to MM, the vendor master should contain a reference to the supplier ID from SUS.

Hi Jay,

no in case of ROS registration there is no reference number provided to supplier, and he is not able to querry the status of the registration based on this reference number. Vendor Master in ECC will also contain no reference to the SUS supplier ID.
