Model ISR_* is not available

Hi Experts,

We are currently live on EHP5 system and have customized ISR scenarios for 'Promotion request' process. We are getting upgraded to EHP6. I'm able to launch promotion request interactive form from MSS without any issues in EHP5. But, getting 'Model ISR_* is not available' error while trying to launch the applciation in EHP6.

Please let me know what is causing this error.

Following error displays in portal:

Check if the ISR scenarios exist in golden client.

Check in transaction QISRSCENARIO if the scenario has any issues.
