cj31 and s_alr_87013558 report budget values are different

Hi All,

I get the different values in CJ31 (say 1000) & in S_ALR_870558 (say 900).

I checked all possible options, but couldnt find the difference amount of 100 .

Even tried to run n fix with CJEN , but didnt succeed.

Please help me out.

Hi ALL,

Thought of sharing a precise answer of this query as i came to know through SAP AG.

I run the correction programm (BPDIST03) and then everything was fine

once again thanks to all.

Yes, both transaction and report are not necessary the same. You may see SAP note 1414563 which describes in detail why they are different.

Hi Vindhesh,

Check in report CJI8, here you should have the same result than CJ31 but split by line item.

Here you can see year budget and Total budget and also you have one column that it is type of budget.

I think this report can help you to identify why you display differents values.

I already checked in CJI8, there also it is showing tatl =1000, but when i calculate line by line it is 900 only.

And surprisingly no difference line of value 100.

I tried to run the CJEN & CJBN, but coudnt fix the problem.

Hi Vindhesh,

In fact, note 1414563 has no coding correction. It explains why are both report and transaction different. Please compare the selection in CJE0 (ie 12KST1C) and CJ31. You may find some useful outcome. If persist, please update this thread again.

Check CJI8 executing with FY = empty and flag Overall Values ( Total Budget)

Check CJI8 executing with FY = 0001 - 9999 and unflag Overall Values ( Yearly Budget)

Are the same amount?

it didnt help, both are showing same plaaned budget value i.e - 1000, but when i calculate it shows 900 and even it is showing 900 in 558 report too.

I guess i need to raise this issue to SAP.

Hello Vindhesh,

Have u tried to run CJBN. If not, try once running CJBN.

Also refer Note 178837 - Availability control: Incorrect assigned value?
