Where can I download crystal reports 8.5?

I get report file version too old. This report was saved from a versin of Cryatal Reports older than version 9 and cannot be viewed.

Hi Rawson,

CR 8.5 is no longer available for download and I doubt whether SAP ships it these days. You may try your luck by contacting sales at 866-681-3435.

we replaced a computer that had crystal reports 8.5 installed and we intalled crystal report viewer 2008 on the new computer but it is unable to open the old reports.

You can download a Trial of CR 2011 or CR 2008 > open the reports in the designer > refresh and save them. The reports should now be ready to be viewed in CR Viewer 2008.
