Mass Delete not working in 7.3 gui

In MD62 specifically, but may occur in other transactions, the user is using ctrl y to select columns and/or rows and then hitting the delete key. In 7.1 version this would work, in 7.3 version, it does nothing.  If the user selects only one field however, the delete key will clear the field.  What has changed and how do we restore this functionality?

What Gui patch version are you using?

Please test with patch 2 or higher.....

Thanks for both of the reply's, that fixed the ctrl x issue, but still does not allow user to use the Delete key as was possible in 7.1
