Hello Experts.

I add 3 user statuses for UC between “Create” and “In development”.

10        CRTD  Created                                        10        90

12        SPPR   Specification in development   10        20

14        SPAP   Specification to be approve      10        20

16        SPFN   Specification approved              10        20

20        PROC  In Development                            10        90

Everything works fine if I just change my new status one by one.

But if UC in one of my new status and I make any changes (for example, add text), status of my UC set to “Create”.

Why it happen and have I can solve this problem?

Thank you a lot!

Best regards,

Yuliya

Hi there,

I think as you extended the profile, the status values from table TJ30 (field ESTAT) are not matching anymore. So this is just an idea, but maybe you can work with the solution from note 1493154. I used it for one or two of my custom status profiles.

Richard, thank you for replay!

I fide out the reason of my problem. When I set “Specification in development” user status the system didn’t change. It was “I1002 Create”. SAP Note 1820625 - How to analyze errors when changing the status of a ChaRM correction helped me to fide it.

I set value for “Trans.” parameter “INPR”. It solved my problem.

Best regards,

Yuliya

hi,

from the above table,  i could see, you are controlling the status via actions, could you please check the conditions you defined for the actions for each status, refer here

Thanks
