Invalid FF log report

Hi All,

We are facing an issue related to Firefighter log review. FF controllers are getting empty log files which they are not supposed to get. Currently we are in SP10. Could anyone please help on this issue.

Dear Kesava,

In addition to the above mentioned notes, kindly also check SAP note 1781142-message "Invalid Log Report “ because of multiple background jobs.

Hi All,

I have checked all the scenarios finally got to know that Duplicate workflow is getting triggered with message "Invalid Log Report" because of multiple background jobs.

Dear Kesava

I had similar issues before upgrading to SP13 - now with SP13 it's much better.

Can you check what status the MSMP instance has? (TC: GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD)

Do you see an error in the logs there?

Hi Prasant,

Thanks for your reply. I have checked both the Notes.We can see log reports for all the connectors and transaction logs are getting captured in log reports. But we are facing different issue that some of the FF log report review requests only we are getting empty log/Invalid log report ( Means out of 10 FF log report review requests 1 or 2 request are getting empty logs).

Could you please help me on this issue.

Hello,

let do a simple test..

is it for  any particulars FF id its happening or only particular controller its happening?

you can assign diffrent controller and check and you can assign difffrent FF id to controller and check.

and letme knwo.
