Hi Evgeniy,

1. Please check whether your database is up or not.

2. Check if listener is started.

3. Also, go to->managed system configuration->select and maintain system->check the entries of hostname, database name, database type and bit width of database.

Hi,

Please provide more details about the Solution manager, Satellite System and the Database.

Also check the prerequisites for managed systems mentioned in SAP Note 1274287 and implement the minimum support packages and SAP Notes to the satellite system.

Hi Evgeniy,

What is the system that you are trying to connect and it's database host ?

Have you installed diagnostic agent on this host and is your LMDB updated with managed host ?

Divyanshu
