PO Status In Follow On Document Details

Hello Experts,

We have SRM 4.0, Classic scenarion. (Backend SAP ECC 6)

We have SC in EBP, and PR and PO created in ECC.

In general, In SC Follow on documents details, we get status for PO as either 'Created' or 'Deleted'.

But, if the PO is under approval, and not completely approved, can the PO status be made to 'Awaiting Approval' etc..

Hello Subin,

What I mean is,

As Is:

In SC Follow On Document Details, we get SC>PR>PO numbers updated.

(But PR / PO status is not updated from backend)

To Be:

What we need is, the PR / PO real time status could be shown as Created / Under Approval / Approved etc.

Currently for PR / PO, in follow on documents we dont get any status update automatically. (Only if PR / PO deleted in backend, we get status as 'Deleted', in Follow On Document details)

So is there any possibility that, PR / PO status in follow on document could be updated in EBP from ECC(backend)?

Hi,

As per the standard SAP, only created and deletd staus are available.

To populate any other status developemt will be required.

in doc change BADI (i guess its BBP_DOC_SC_CHANGE) based on SC status you can call an RFC to set PR/PO  status in ECC or same can be done here in SRM itself too.
