How to assign sampling procedure against characteristic mass, I forgot while  uploading is there any transaction to do mass assign sampling procedure.

Do you want to assign Sampling Procedure in Inspection Plan or Routing or Master Recipe??

OR

Do you want to select the tick box of Sampling Procedure in MIC??

I feel, in both cases, you have no option to do it on Mass using standard transaction. You may have to use same uploading technique in change mode of those.
