Approve change version in SRM Contract

Hi,

I tried to change the supplier in SRM contract of the already released contract from portal. Now the supplier has got changed.

But the issue is, the contract goes for approval as "Approve change version of contract xxxxxxxx" to the first level approval before release.

Is there any option to stop the approval process before release. Do we need to do some changed in BRF?

Kindly help me to resolve the same.

Hi,

Yes, you can check if the WFL is getting restarted. If so you can force it to not be restarted via restart BADI.

But if you are talking about recalling the contract then you cannot prevent the restart. Then perhaps just check your BRF evaluation and FM related to with.
