Verification profile for mobile data entry
Profile that defines for a stock movement what needs to be verified and how the verification process is to be carried out.
Use
The system only uses this table if bar code scanning devices communicate directly with the SAP system. For certain movements, this table specifies a unique verification profile. This profile determines which data the user must scan or key in manually.
Example
Material is put away by storage unit number. After scanning a storage unit, the warehouse worker is required to verify that he puts away the storage unit in the storage bin proposed by the system.
Assign Verification profiles Goods Movements
In this workstep you configure the settings for assigning verification profiles to warehouse movements. This means that you define in a warehouse number in which source and destination storage types and with which movement type the respective profile is to be used.
Also, you can use an indicator to decide whether the source data is to be displayed or whether the user is to see the display of the destination data immediately.
If you set the automatic load control indicator, handling unit(s) will be loaded automatically when the respective pick transfer orders have been confirmed.
