No numbering scheme could be determined for legal regulation

When I assign legal regulation with determination procedure at country level only all works fine. However, when I change the determination procedure to include control class and then execute the determination procedure program, I get the following message.

" No numbering scheme could be determined for legal regulation"

Please advise.

Hi Arvind,

Please make sure you assign a valid numbering scheme to the Legal regulation in the below node.

SAP Global trade services->General settings- Numbering schemes-->Assign Numbering scheme of Export lists for Legal control and also for License maintenance.
