ChaRM Web UI Processing Log of actions

Hello all,

Anybody knows how could I get the actiong log in the solman ticket? a FM or table to access this log? I would need it to have the emails sent, the receiver and the time when was sent. anybody knows where could I get this information?

hi,

there are couple of places,

1. Application log tab of your CR webui screen, this is similar to action tab in sm 7.0 version

2. Tcode SOST shows the email sent status, there also you can get the information

Hi Jansi,

I know this info you give me. What I want to get is the Log from a CR webui screen in an internal table when I process the sending of the email to the receivers. I would like to read the log from the code, knowing the CR number. Do you know how to get this?
