Need your help in Contract Management

Hello Guru's

Need to find out which will be a best solution for Contract Management in Medical and Health area.

1. What solution you have used for contract management

SAP ECC SD. SAP CLM, SAP CRM, Vistex, iMany

2. Where GPOs being dealt with ?

3. what solution they used for the workflow to approve a new price request from a GPO and then updating the system in the back end with the new price.

Would be of great help if anyone who has worked in these areas can throw some light.
