How to Make a Table Record a Data from SAP

Hi Gurus / Experts

I hope my question will clear to you all.

Ok Let's Begin.

I made a table named ZHISTAVE, I will use that table to show period in format MMYYYY, and I will use it to post average of stock.

In the beginning, I must input the data by my self. And my question is, how to make it input automatically, do you all know the way ? Please tell me.

I have a problem, I try to input it manually for beginning, but the problem is

When I input the data like

Plant     Storage Loc.    Material       Valuation Type        Month-Year

In beginning for the first time input, I can input it for 12 months and its okay nothing problem happen.

But when I try to input the data for last year, the problem happen, I can't input because another data has been exist, can you tell me the reason and how to fix it ?

Hi Zaldy,

Perhaps it is the issue of primary key field combination in the z table.

Your input line for last year is also having same set of key fields as one of the existing records.

Most probably this is the case. In such case you need to add one more field to the Z-table which can differentiate the lines.

.. like taking date and time as key fields.

hi Again Joges,

yeah I did it and it works now, my problem now is, the selection screen suddenly give me a dump error and my smartforms was deleted because something I don't know why, now I must  create it again.

Hi Zaldy,

This I think needs further investigation at your end and reach at specific event where the dump occurs.

May give the details of error (dump) or screen-shot.

You may give the code even to make the readers assess the reason for dump and help you.
