Hello Experts,

Could anyone help us in understanding the purpose of the fields:

>Subject to Sign-Off

>Deficiency Analysis Flag

that appear in the general tab of an organization.

Hi Ramakrishna,

You can perform sign off activity (through planner->perform signoff) only to those organization for which the parameter 'Subject to Sign off' is set to YES.

Deficiency analysis flag- If you are using the Aggregation of deficinecy feature of GRC process control, this needs to be set to YES.
