Role Risk Analysis Issue in GRC 10

Dear Experts,

When I Click on Role Search under the Ad hoc Role Risk Analysis, the below error appears:

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: No more storage space available for extending an internal table. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

Also attached the screenshots of the error.

Note: We have about 350K Roles in the satellite system and we are also on Enabler Role Concept

Please share your thoughts.

Thank You for the response.

According to the note 1617487, it was advised to check the below parameter values. But none of these parameters exists in our system.

ztta/roll_area

ztta/roll_extension

abap/heap_area_total

abap/heap_area_dia

abap/heap_area_nondia

em/initial_size_MB

And the below GRC Config Parameter values are maintained as 1000(default)

Parameter Group = 'Performance'

Parameter ID 1121 (Batch size for User sync)

Parameter ID 1122 (Batch size for Role sync)

Parameter ID 1123 (Batch size for Profile sync)

Please advise.

Please check to see these parameters in your plugin system. you should find them.

Check with basis guy..

Notes will give you idea, memory management depends upon lot more stuff.

you need Database guy, your basis guy will fix it.. as changing this parameter will effect performance.
