For how long will the action usage information be available?

Hi experts,

Could you please help me identify for how long will the action usage information be available in GRC AC 10.0?

We have been running the jobs since each conector is available.

Should we consider any treatment for this historic data?

Hi Perla,

   There is no specific period for this, since it's an extracted info from plug-in system stored in GRC side database table. From reporting point of view you may get the details based on your input. It's helpful to auditor/ those who're working on role cleanup will be useful to finetune the roles.  Database table declared to hold more than 5 mil records, unless few years later if you really want to get rid of this data then you may decide to archive or delete those records based on legal requirements.

Hi Perla,

Table is GRACACTUSAGE  and Report GRAC_ACTION_USAGE_SYNC.
