Hi,
I have this strange issue, which I can't figure out!
I have configured UAR with role owners and coordinator review, and it's all working as intended. After I review and generate the workflows/ requests, the appropriate users get notified, but there is nothing in their inbox!
I can see the request is generated okay, and I can step into it through the workflow admin functionality.
I have checked all tabs of the users inbox, but nothing is available.
edit: I should add that the users can succesfully receive requests for Emergency Access into their inbox
We are on GRC10, SP12.
Your input is much appreciated.

Hi Henrick,
Could you please check the MSMP stage level settings - Approval Type should have the value "Complete Request". If not set, then set it and save the settings and re-generate the MSMP workflow and version.
Also, please refer a detailed wiki document for the same

That setting isn't set, and isn't required for it to work either... It works in our dev system just fine 🙂
It turned out that the issue was due to the post-installation steps not having been completely done for the workflows related to UAR (TS76307964).
After I activated the two, the requests are flowing as expected.
