Pessoal, boa tarde.
Places in MM/SD: Customizing Views
Short Text
Problem with tax base rounding in Nota Fiscal
Long Text
Today XXXXXXXXX is using the TaxBRJ pricing and we are migrating to CBT
TaxBRA pricing. When enter the net price in the purchase order, the
taxBRA pricing calculates the Taxes Bases with a rounding difference
of R$0,01. The biggest problem is that the tax base was rounded in
R$0,01 but the gross price of the item doesn’t. Fiscal reports does not
accept differences between the gross price and tax base.
○ For example:
We have an item with:
§ net price of R$124,42 (PIS and COFINS are not
included in the price)
§ ICMS Rate : 17%
§ PIS Rate: 1,65%
§ COFINS Rate : 7,6%
The system calculates the tax base as R$168,71 (Real
calculation: R$168,705085). But the gross price, sum of the net price and
the taxes, give us the value R$168,70 (Real calculation : R$168,703750).
Government`s validation programs do not accept differences in the tax
bases amount before the digital file validation.
What SAP recommends to fix this difference between the Tax bases and the
gross price? It is out of question manual changes in the MIRO
transaction because we have more than 2500 Notas fiscais per day to enter.
