Difference ATP consumption figures between ECC and APO

Dear Experts,

We are using GATP module for product allocation.

The sales order confirmation from ECC will be captures as ATP consumption KF in APO in weekly bucket.

For some of the product we are finding inconsistencies, i.e.. less order are confirmed in ECC but in APO ATP consumption value is more.

What could be the reason ? how to remove this inconsistency?

The inconsistency  report  /sapapo/OM17  doesn't works.

Hi Sandeep,

Please check following reports;

/n/sapapo/ccr - for checking confirmation related inconsistencies

/n/sapapo/cq - for checking queues between two systems, with this you will get to know if any of the sales order queues are stuck

/n/sapapo/ac06 - to check temporary quantity assignment, if there are any

Hi Sandeep,

There might be several reasons for the inconsistency you reported. I suppose just a analysis of a reproducible example on your system will reveal the root cause. To correct the situation you could execute the report /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 and activate the product allocation check for sales orders.

I recommend to enter the specific sales order number and item. Run the report in the test mode first and check the outcome.

Running the report of bigger amount of orders might cause unwanted changes in the product allocation consumption.
