SAP Fiori - Create Sales Order

Hi

We have installed SAP Fiori Sales Apps. When creating a sales order we are able to select one of the customers assigned, but the selected customer is not registered on the order when checking out the order. Ship to and sold to are empty.

Parameters are maintained for SOLD_TO and SHIP_TO. However, we are a little indoubt if this is correct. entered in table SRA016_T_CONFIG.

All services are activated according to the config guide.

We are able to see some errors in the log, but we are not able to identofy the problem from the log - it just says error.

There are no authorization errors.

Any good ideas will be appreciated.

SAP has released the note 1937417 to solve the issue.

What is the error detail in the /IWFND/ERROR_LOG transaction?

Have you applied the latest service pack (SPS 02) or looked for relevant SAP Notes - I'm seeing some patterns with issues where functionality does not appear to work, but the resolution came from a SAPNote or the service pack.

I took a quick peek here (http://help.sap.com/fiori) and notice that in the release notes for SPS02 (

https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1883370) it mentions components UISRA017 and SRA017 for create sales order, but I see you've mentioned what appears to be 016.

Thank you for responding.

As far as I can see we are only at SPS 01, but I'll check with our basis people tomorrow.

The thing about 016 instead of 017 is a typo. It is a 017 table, 016 is price and availability.
