About Information Steward Post Installation

I finished installing Information Steward 4.2 and tried to create connections as the tutorials. Howerver, the operation failed.

The error is like this

Is there anyone who knows how to solve it?

Hi,

Did the install finish without errors?

Can you see if the IS repository and job server both listed without error in the CMC>Application>Information Steward (right click, select configure repo and view Data Services).

Also  check if you have the EIM servers APS and AJS server up and running (CMC>Servers)..

Finally please list the exact BO software installed with your IS 4.2 as you may have an imcompatibility issue. I need the version and patch level of:

BI/IPS,IS and DS.

After the above I will request some logs...
