Earlywatch Alert - Lower than expected BW Workload per User and Navigation Steps

Hi SDN people,

The EWA report for our BW system shows a far lower value against BW Workload per User and Navigation Steps (Section 15.1.9.1 in our EWA report).

Does anyone know how thee user figures are classified? We have 100+ users on the BW system, most of whom using BEx for analysis, however workload results show a total of 5 users? I don't understand why there's such a large mismatch.

I've compared the values in EWA against the values in ST03 and both are the same.

Has anyone any idea how the BW Workload stats are gathered, which may explain why the results are so low?
