Completed Shopping Carts visible in POWL

Hello Experts,

We use SRM 7.0 Extended Classic Scenario

The user has completed few shopping carts but it is still visible in his POWL.

The confirmation is done, GR created and even invoice. The include completed shopping cart button is not ticked and he has pressed refresh also. But still the shopping carts are visible.

What could be the issue? This surprisingly is only occurring for that user.

Hi Anirudh,

It can be an issue with refresh. Please run the report POWL_D01 in gui for all applications and that user.

does the related PO also appears open in the query?

pls check if the confirmed qty and value are updated in the PO related documents tab

many a times it happens that these fields are not updated correctly as a result the PO and SC remains open.

if this is the case then execute FM BBP_NOTIFY_FOLLOWON_DOCUMENT for the related PO and then check the table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB for the date and LOGSYS which you have executed above FM

in the next CLEAN_REQREQ_UP this entry will be deleted and the follow-on details will be updated.

if that doesn't happen, execute it manually.

you can also check in BBP_PD if the final invoice and final GR value are "X"

if not then try using BBP_GET_STATUS_2 to update the SRM docs,
